Bob Cadwell- Head Coach 2009 Missouri Rush
Boys Premier White

Bob Cadwell is the Head Coach for the 2009 Missouri Rush Boys Premier White. He is taken his boys to the Missouri State Cup finals that have been happening all this past weekend. He has some very talented players that have helped his team make it to the finals. It was not easy for them to get to the finals, they had to play some hard teams but was able to preserve through all that and make it to the finals. Update: They ended up coming in 2nd to a good Sporting Missouri Valley team.

Greg Koeller- Head Coach St. Dominic High School

Greg Koeller is the head coach for St. Dominic's high school women's soccer team. He is coming off of a state championship win in 2021. Leading up to the final four which was this weekend at World Wide Technology Soccer Park him and his team are undefeated. They are looking to get their third state championship this year. Having such success like this shows how good of a coach he is and the dedication his players have for the game of soccer. Update: St. Dominic ended up beating Nerinx in PK's this past weekend in the state championship so they did get their third championship they wanted. Winning state three years in a row is something that isn't easy to do but Greg Koeller did it. What a great accomplishment!!

Mike Hayes- Operations Manger at Creve Coeur Soccer Park

Mike Hayes is the Operations Manager of Creve Coeur Soccer Park. Creve Coeur is now hosting the regionals for state cup which is one of the biggest tournaments in St. Louis. Clubs from all over Missouri come to Creve Coeur and play three games to start the tournament off. The complex isn't just hosting the regionals for state cup they host other little things through out the soccer seasons. They will be hosting another event this June called US soccer Midwest Presidents Cup which will be from the 16th-20th. Yes they host big events but they are also looking into adding programs, host coaching courses, reffing training, and hosting summer camps. This complex has grown so much since it has been built and has been successful even with what sports have been through  the past 2 years.

Class 1 winner- Lutheran St. Charles 

This was Lutheran St. Charles first state championship win in class 1. Not only did they win the state championship they were also the conference champions as well. Last year they won their districts but was not able to get to the state championship like this year. With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach Mark Lurtz got Coach of the year for private schools, Caleb Engelhardt got Goalkeeper of the year, Cuinn Lurtz got Co Player of the year, and Sam Magueja also was Player of the year. All three of those boys also made First team All-State. Then Liam McCarthy and Ben Versemann made Second team All-State. It seems to me Lutheran's hard work payed off at the end and helped them get a championship 

Class 2 winner- Whitfield 

This was 8th state championship win in class 2. They are a very successful team when it comes to making the final four. Not only have they won 8 times they have also have come in second 3 times. They are a team that has experience in the state championship. With the win some players and the coach got some accolades. Coach Charlie Noonan got Coach of the year for the private schools and Jude Watkins-Wedel got Goalkeeper of the year. With the year winning accolades there were 4 boys that got First team All State, they were Aiden Laubinger, Jimmy Milgie, Nolan Schulte, and Jude Watkins-Wedel. Lots of their players got recognition with all the success they had. Whitfield had another successful season this past year.   

Class 3 winner- Ft. Zumwalt South  

This Ft. Zumwalt South's third state championship win. They have also came in third twice. This is another team with some state championship experience. With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach Jim Layne got Coach of the year for public schools, Ryan Harvatin got Player of the Year, Karson Gibbs got Offensive Player of the Year, and ​Jack Jellinek got Defensive Player of the Year. There were five boys that made the First team All-State team, they were Jack Jellinek, Karson Gibbs, Ryley Gibbs, Luke Dillon, and Ryan Harvatin. There is a lot of talent and experience on this team which was a key to their success on the win.  

Class 4 winner- Rockhurst High School 

This was Rockhurst High School's 8th state championship win. They have appeared at a final four 26 times with 8 championship wins, 5 second place wins, 8 third place wins, and 5 forth place wins. With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach Matt Darby got Coach of the year for the public schools, Ryder Barrett got Player of the Year and Ryan Thompson got Goalkeeper of the year. With the big accolades there were two boys that made the First team All-State team, they were Ryder Barrett and Ryan Thompson. They might have not many accolades as some of the other schools but that didn't stop them from winning a championship.

Class 1 winner- Whitfield 

This was Whitfield's first ever state championship in school history for the girls program. Winning a very first state championship is always such a cool thing and a very big accomplishment. With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach ​Jeff Cacciatore got Coach of the year for the private schools, ​Mia Devrouax got Player of the Year and Taylor Gardner got Goalkeeper of the year. With the big accolades there were three girls that made the First team All-State team, they were Taylor Gardner, Perry Rogan, and Mia Devrouax. Not only did they win their very first state championship, they had lots of players that had some good talent that lead to their success.  

Class 2 winner- MICDS

This was also MICDS first ever state championship in school history for the girls program. There has been lots of history being made this year, this has been the third school to win their first state championship. With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach Jack Fischer got Coach of the year for the private schools and ​Parker Scheele got Goalkeeper of the year. With the big accolades there were three girls that made the First team All-State team, they were Parker Scheele, Campbell Schultz, and Zara Nourie. MICDS might be a smaller school but they were able to bring out their very first state championship with the talent they had on the field.   

Class 3 winner- Ft. Zumwalt South 

This Ft. Zumwalt South second ever state championship win. Those two state wins are back to back wins They also placed third one year. This school hasn't made it to the final four many times but they were able to get things done.  With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach LeAnne Sanders got Coach of the year for the public schools, Brooke Cattoor got Player of the Year and Sarah Bozeman got Goalkeeper of the year. With the big accolades there were three girls that made the First team All-State team, they were Audrey Smith, Sarah Bozeman, and Brooke Cattoor. The momentum they had from winning last year helped them get another win this year.  

Class 4 winner- St. Dominic

This was St. Dominic's 7th state championship win. They also came in second once and third place twice. They have won state 3 times in a row and this win was their 3rd time winning.  With the win some of the players including the coach got some accolades. Coach Greg Koeller got Coach of the year for the private schools, Grace Bindbeutel got Player of the Year and ​Katy Fitzler got Goalkeeper of the year. With the big accolades there were five girls that made the First team All-State team, they were Julia Shoults, Grace Bindbeutel, Jessica Larson, Katy Fitzler, and Macie Begley. Grace Bindbeutal also was Missouri Gatorade Plater of the Year. This team is full of talent and have been a very successful the past few years so you have to give credit to the coach for all this success.
